We use USPS Priority shipping. Shipping starts at $5 flat rate and is FREE if your order is over $100.00 Items ship out 1-2 days after order is received and take 2-3 business days to be delivered. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY IMPORTANT Shipping times are ESTIMATES and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to the holidays and/or bad weather. We offer overnight shipping via Fed Ex for $25.00. The orders must be placed by 1 pm PST to be processed same day. Tracking Information Since the customer will receive tracking information via email when the label is created; tracking information is not available right at the moment of purchase and takes 1-2 days or sooner for the customer to receive it.
Lost or Stolen Packages
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
What should I do if I placed an order but never received it.?
 LIGIANA Fit is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was DELIVERED to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS. Please keep track of your package reason we ship all orders with a tracking number.

How long will it take for my package to be delivered overseas?

 We offer International Shipping. International orders take 6-15 days to be delivered. Please note: Ligiana FIT is not responsible for any customs fees assessed by the receiving country. If your package has not been delivered after 10 days of being shipped, please contact USPS or your countries postal service to inquire about our package. Most likely the package has not been delivered because it is being held by customs and is pending a retrieval fee. Any unclaimed packages will be sent back to Ligiana FIT and cannot be refunded or resent.

What if my package gets damaged during shipping?

 Items must be sent back to Ligiana FIT within 15 business days of the customer having received the package. Eligible items will ONLY be accepted for store credit. Absolutely NO REFUNDS only store credit. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Ligiana FIT and product tags attached. Please fill out our exchange form, which is included in your package. If your package did not include a return form simply include your name, email, phone number, order number and address inside the package. Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, we will not issue credit. Can I exchange the items I purchased for another item I like better?

What if I am exchanging $85.00 or more?
 At Ligiana FIT , We maintain a lot of the same styles, but in limited quantities. If you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time. However, for an exchange, simply return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item. Store credits do not expire.

 When returned packages arrive at our office, it usually takes us anywhere from 3-5 business days to process your store credit. We understand it’s very important for our customers to get their returns processed as soon as possible. Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued a store credit in the form of an E-gift card via email. Store credit covers original purchasing price and tax fees. * Please note that all Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be applied on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address. The customer will also cover any redelivery costs.

 At LigianaFIT.com we strive to be constantly bring in new, fresh, and unique items. Due to the high demand of our products, our items sell out very quickly. On occasion, certain items displayed on our site may no longer be in stock. Once an item is sold out, we will attempt to update our site with a SOLD OUT notification. However, display of an particular item or size online is not a guarantee that the item is available. In the event that a customer purchases an item which is no longer in stock, we will refund you for the entirety of that item plus any applicable shipping charges. Should you have any questions concerning the availability of a particular item, please contact our customer service department for assistance.

We strive to display our products in our pictures as accurate as possible. Customers may also contact us for more information regarding our products prior to their purchase. However, due to various factors, such as your computer monitor’s size and capabilities, may affect what you see on your screen. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for the display of any color, texture or detail of its merchandise on your computer or phone screen. Nevertheless, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may send it back for a store credit.
